The producer will commission a script to be written, followed by further meetings with the client to discuss and revise this scripted outline. Once the client is happy the film shoots are organised. The film crews, interviewees and contributors are briefed, locations arranged and authorised (especially if in a medical setting such as a hospital clinic or operating theatre).
